Client
M-service is a leading authorized service center specializing in warranty and post-warranty support for mobile phones, smartphones, digital cameras, camcorders, tablets, PDAs, laptops and netbooks. The center also distributes original parts and conducts regular training sessions on equipment repair and maintenance.
Task
The studio needed to create "an information rich website with a minimum number of parts." The goal was enabling customers to access comprehensive details quickly, plus developing efficient mechanisms for ordering spare parts, tracking service status, and managing follow-up communications.
Result
The delivered site features a minimalist aesthetic using black-and-white tones with gray and blue accents. The logically structured main menu includes dropdown navigation. Customers can review service information, browse offerings, order accessories, and check repair status by selecting their service center and providing receipt numbers.
Features
Contact information appears at both page top and bottom to accommodate horizontal scrolling. A feedback form enables messaging without leaving the current page. Pre-ordering is available for unavailable components. Real-time repair status tracking is accessible via service center selection and receipt number entry.
