M-service (redesign)
Redesigned mobile service center site with new sections, news block, reviews, and repair/engineer call functionality.
M-service is an authorized service center with leading market position for warranty and post-warranty service of mobile phones, smartphones, digital cameras, camcorders, tablets, PDAs, laptops and netbooks. The center also sells original parts and maintains staff training standards through regular participation in Ukrainian seminars and courses.
Task
The project involved transforming the main page and adding new functionality to the existing website.
Solution
New elements added to the homepage included: - Dedicated sections designed for quicker, more intuitive information discovery - News module to demonstrate active company operations and maintain website currency, positively affecting brand perception and customer retention - Customer testimonials section to extend visitor engagement and influence purchase decisions
